Answers to the questions we get asked most.

What can you expect, how we keep you safe, how to make, change and cancel appointments etc.

We use a hospital-grade, dual-quaternary disinfectant tested to kill over 125 different organisms yet gentle enough for use on most implements and surfaces.

Copper!

We use separate copper tubs that have traveled from Nepal.  Copper has many healing benefits; relief and relaxation for joint stiffness, improved blood circulation, increase in overall physical energy and detoxifying the body, besides, they are pretty too…

Call us!  If you are booking online and don’t see what you need ALWAYS give us a call!   We see things on our end a little differently and sometimes we can accommodate appointments better with a call and we can sometimes fit you in a little before or after our normal business hours.

We’d love to be able to accommodate walk-in appointments and do when we can. If you know you need to get in it is always best to call in advance but never be afraid to call us last minute when you find yourself with a free moment and want to spoil yourself!

Our services are scheduled back-to-back, with little to no room for tardiness. If you are running late let us know and if needed we may need to abbreviate your services.

We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy (48 hours for groups). You will be charged 50% for any appointments you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. We also charge 50% if you forget and/or do not show up for your scheduled appointment.  Credit cards are needed to book an appointment for new clients.

Appointments can NOT be cancelled online. To cancel an appointment you booked online you must call and let us know. Notes left online are not seen and do not qualify as notification for cancellation.

Sometimes as soon as you leave you smudge a nail. We are happy to fix the one nail within 48 hours of your appointment.

To accommodate more than one person, The Nail Studio needs advance notice. It’s always best to call and book group appointments. If you’ve got multiple people looking to book multiple services, we’ll ask for a credit card and hold the appointments. Parties that require us to bring in additional technicians to work require pre payment.  We’ll need 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a reserved group, allowing us time to re-fill those openings.  Let us know if this is a special occasion so we are sure to enjoy being part of it with you;-).

We do! You can purchase gift certificates online by clicking here. You can also purchase gift cards during your treatments at the studio.

Same great service but a few changes you will notice are, no waiting area so call from your car when you arrive, everyone is required to wear a mask, limited number of people in the studio as well as stations are spread our for social distancing plus no contact check out options available.  Lots and lots of extra cleaning and disinfecting after each clients.
